Housing advocacy in the areas of evictions, complaints, housing code violations, landlord/tenant and tenant/tenant mediation, and dispossession’s and foreclosures preventions. Also provide legal assistance, advocacy on behalf of the client should they be denied, rejected, and/or terminated for the following: housing application forms of HPD/NYCHA section 8, tenancy forms, NYC FEPS application, OTDA FEPS, SNAP, DRIE, LINK, SCRIE, homeowner’s loan program and rent stabilization forms.
