The Neighbors Together Empowerment Program connects its members to important resources such as housing, public benefits, job training, health and mental health care, legal services, income tax filing, and other resources needed by our members. They offer regular on-site clinics to provide specialized support to members. Please call 718.498.7256 for more information or to schedule an appointment.
Staff offer personalized support to those who struggle with persistent barriers to stability, such as mental illness, addiction or chronic unemployment, with a focus on long-term planning toward increased stability.
