Call 718-215-8417 or enroll online to schedule health services or receive referrals at no charge. Services include urgent and emergency care, preventive care, primary and specialty care, behavioral health & recovery support, and transportation assistance. Note that we are only able to cover services arranged or referred by NYIC in advance. NYIC cannot reimburse members for services they book or receive independently (i.e. without prior approval).
