Access sterile injection equipment and other supplies for safer injection, fentanyl testing strips, and hygiene supplies. VOCAL-NY is a New York State-licensed Syringe Exchange Program (SEP). Find the Syringe Exchange Team at Douglass St between 3rd & 4th Aves in Brooklyn. May be able to deliver supplies to you through the Peer-Delivered Syringe Exchange (email paula@vocal-ny.org).
