Transitional and permanent supportive Housing for People with Behavioral Health Conditions
Bridge Housing offers three levels of residential services: shelter, transitional housing, and permanent supportive housing. All residential clients receive person-centered rehabilitation, recovery and support services including units that prioritize those reentering the community from correctional facilities, young adults aging out of care, and homeless veterans.
Programs focus on the needs of homeless and housing insecure single adults who are diagnosed with behavioral health disabilities. We do not have supportive housing programs designed for couples and families.
